How do I start the free trial?+
On first launch, choose a weekly, monthly, or yearly plan and confirm with your Apple ID. Apple applies a 3-day free trial once per subscription group per Apple ID. After the trial, the plan renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
How do I restore my subscription on a new phone?+
Open the app and tap Restore on the paywall, or go to Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Why does the app ask for the microphone?+
Only the Morse Listener feature uses the microphone. It listens for tone patterns to decode Morse in real time. Audio is not recorded or uploaded.
Does the app work without internet?+
Yes. Encoding, decoding, signaling, and listening work offline. Internet is only needed for App Store subscription checks and purchases.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
On iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Morse Field Signal → Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.
Is this app for emergency use?+
No. Morse Field Signal is for education and entertainment. Do not rely on it for emergency communications.
