These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Morse Field Signal ("the App"), published by Kerem Çal. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
Optional tips
The App is free. Optional consumable tips in Settings → Support help fund development. Tips are voluntary, unlock no features, and can be purchased more than once. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account and processed by Apple.
Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region. Apple determines applicable taxes and currency. Tip purchases are handled under Apple's standard in-app purchase terms.
Refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple, not by us directly. For billing issues, contact Apple Support.
Educational use only
The App is for education and entertainment. It is not a certified emergency, maritime, aviation, or military signaling system. Do not rely on it for life-safety communications.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Changes
We may update these Terms when the App or applicable law changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
